missingWrote a review on Nov 02central locationdrainage issuepoor air conditioning
The hotel had a central location, making it convenient for exploring.
My experience was marred by several issues. The water in the shower did not drain well, leading to an unpleasant experience each time I bathed. Additionally, I noticed that the air conditioning in the lobby was ineffective, which made waiting there uncomfortable. It was also disappointing to find that the restaurant offered outdated pastries, which hardly matched the freshness one expects when dining at a hotel.

The staff arranged a super affordable taxi for city exploration. The roadworks outside made it noisy.

I enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially when my train was delayed. The Queen Room was nice and comfortable, although the WiFi was slow, which was frustrating at times. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a good variety of options. I felt appreciated by the restaurant manager, who frequently asked how I was enjoying my meals. Overall, it was a solid stay with some areas that could be improved.

Exceptional service and delicious food!
I had a wonderful two-night stay, highlighted by the warm welcome from the staff, particularly Yohane and Siaz, who were genuinely eager to assist. The breakfast buffet was a standout, offering a fantastic selection, including unique Indian dishes that left me impressed. Overall, my visit was delightful, but I felt that the towels in the room could have been a bit larger for added comfort.
